CAMGSD Postdoctoral Positions 2016/2017

The Center for Mathematical Analysis, Geometry, and Dynamical Systems of the Instituto Superior Técnico at the University of Lisbon in Portugal invites applications for 2 postdoctoral positions for research in Mathematics.

Positions are for one year, with possibility of renewal for a second year upon mutual agreement and availability of funds. Candidates selected for the positions should start their activities between May 1, 2016, and January 1, 2017.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics, or in another field relevant to the research interests of the Center, obtained preferably after December 31, 2013. In accord with the regulations of the Portuguese Science Foundation (FCT), they must hold a Ph.D. certificate issued before January 15, 2016. The applicants must show outstanding research promise in one of the areas the Center is actively engaged in. No teaching duties are associated with these positions.
